WP Remedy provides WordPress development, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, technical SEO, and migration services.
3. Payment
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access, and prompt feedback.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, custom code and assets created specifically for your project become your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
WP Remedy’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Warranties
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
